Kejadian bencana biasanya tidak dijangka dan sering meninggalkan kesan yang mendalam kepada mangsa samada secara fizikal atau emosi dan mental. Bencana<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Keterukan bencana<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Bencana yang menyebabkan kerosakan harta benda yang besar<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Kehilangan nyawa<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Berpanjangan\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Punca bencana<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Perbuatan manusia mempunyai risiko trauma yang lebih tinggi<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2. Mangsa<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Usia yang ekstrem (warga emas, kanak-kanak)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Golongan istimewa<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Ketidakupayaan fizikal dan mental<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Kurang atau tiada sokongan sosial<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Mempunyai masalah kesihatan fizikal dan mental<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Masalah penagihan dadah<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Golongan ekonomi yang rendah<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Kurang keupayaan menguruskan masalah (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poor coping skills<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n                <\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n                <div id=\"kesan-psikologi\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2412\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-opened\"><\/span><h5 class=\"eael-accordion-tab-title\">Kesan Psikologi<\/h5><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2412\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-labelledby=\"kesan-psikologi\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mangsa bencana kerap mengalami kesan perubahan-perubahan dari segi mental, emosi dan fizikal. Perubahan ini secara amnya adalah reaksi semulajadi yang normal. Terdapat golongan yang lebih berisiko mengalami trauma akibat bencana. Kajian psikologi menunjukkan sebahagian besar Berjaya sembuh sepenuhnya daripada impak bencana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Langkah-langkah aktif perlu dilakukan bagi mengelakkan mangsa mengalami masalah kesihatan mental. Perubahan-perubahan emosi, mental dan fizikal dalam kebanyakan masa adalah reaksi yang normal dan bersifat sementara.
