Penting dalam pembentukan otak\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Makanan yang penuh nutrisi merupakan asas kepada pembentukan blok-blok protein, enzim, tisu otak, penghantar impuls (neurotransmitter) yang digunakan untuk memberikan isyarat kepada seluruh tubuh badan manusia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2. Membantu dalam perkembangan otak<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sesetengah nutrisi pemakanan digunakan untuk mempertingkatkan hubungan diantara sel-sel otak. Oleh itu, pemakanan yang tinggi nutrisi dapat memberi ruang kepada perkembangan tersebut. Ada di antaranya sentiasa berasa letih dan tidak berupaya melakukan aktiviti fizikal, malah ada yang sentiasa berasa lapar. Perkara ini terjadi disebabkan oleh penyakit yang dialami atau kesan sampingan ubat-ubatan yang diambil. Walau bagaimanapun, ini tidak bermaksud ubat-ubatan perlu dihentikan secara terus akan tetapi pengenalan kepada pemakanan seimbang dengan mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat adalah lebih diutamakan.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kestabilan mood dan perasaan yang sihat dapat dipastikan dengan pola pemakanan seimbang yang mengandungi porsi karbohidrat, lemak, asid amino, vitamin dan garam mineral.
