Kehilangan dalam boleh berlaku dalam pelbagai bentuk terutamanya kematian, berpisah, sakit atau kehilangan sesuatu yang amat berharga dan bermakna. Ia adalah satu perkara yang normal dalam kehidupan ini. Apabila kehilangan seseorang atau sesuatu yang penting, perasaan hiba (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">grief<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) boleh berlaku dan merupakan sebahagian daripada reaksi emosi yang normal. Rundingan<\/p><p>Mencari alternatif bagi mengembalikan keadaan\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>4. Kemurungan<\/p><p>Merasa sedih, putus harapan atau menyesal terhadap peristiwa tersebut<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>5.
