keluarga, masalah kewangan dan lain-lain boleh menyebabkan gangguan tidur<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0-Tekanan kebiasaan boleh menyebabkan seseorang itu lebih banyak berfikir dan mudah merasa resah dan gelisah seterusnya sering menyebabkan insomnia<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Kerisauan<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0-Masalah kerisauan gagal mendapatkan tidur yang baik merupakan salah satu punca insomnia berterusan.\u00a0 Mereka akan kerap mengaitkan waktu tidur dengan ketidakbolehan untuk tidur dan ini selalu menyebabkan sistem badan aktif, seterusnya mengganggu keupayaan untuk tidur<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Gaya hidup<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0-Gaya hidup yang tidak sihat seperti tidak menjaga waktu makan, tidak bersenam boleh menyebabkan insomnia<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0-Ketagihan mental<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0-Individu yang menghidapi penyakit kemurungan, skizofrenia, kecelaruan bipolar sering mengalami Wanita yang baru bersalin kerap mengalami insomnia<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Ubatan<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0-Sesetengah ubat boleh menyebabkan
