HSI has been designed as a modern hospital-based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the country, where it operates\u00a0 fully using \u00a0Hospital Information System (HIS). \u00a0HSI offer Total Hospital Information System (THIS) that integrate Clinical, Clinical Support Systems, System\u00a0Administration\u00a0and\u00a0Finance\u00a0System.<\/p>\n

HSI\u00a0is also designed\u00a0as a Pioneer Multimedia Hospital which\u00a0aims to provide\u00a0quick\u00a0and\u00a0convenient\u00a0services to customers in the\u00a0southern zone\u00a0of the peninsula, especially\u00a0in\u00a0radiotherapy\u00a0and oncology\u00a0services.<\/p>\n

In line\u00a0with\u00a0the government\u2019s vision\u00a0to implement Electronic Government (e-Government) ,beside of\u00a0implementing ICT-based work culture in clinical\u00a0affairs,\u00a0clinical support, administrative and\u00a0financial management,\u00a0there are also continuous workflow process improvement \u00a0 that involve a number of reforms and innovation initiatives.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text]_________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n

Based on the above inspiration, the Department of Information Technology is an important pillar in\u00a0the business of\u00a0hospital services.\u00a0Without the \u00a0ICT infrastructures and function, it can caused malfunction and disrupt the\u00a0hospital services.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n

*To improve the \u00a0hospital services and functions through the use\u00a0of information technology (ICT)<\/p>\n

*Creating an Integrated ICT systems to enable the\u00a0hospital\u00a0to provides services to customers efficiently and effectively.<\/p>\n

* Maintaining the ICT infrastructure continuously to prevent any breakdown that will disrupt \u00a0the services.<\/p>\n

To provide\u00a0 refresher and ICT training to\u00a0 the\u00a0 hospital staff ;<\/p>\n

*Information Technology Department is structured into several sections according to\u00a0functions\u00a0and\u00a0information management\u00a0based on employee \/ staff is as follows:<\/p>\n
