17/5/2022 As per discussion during Bilik gerakan meeting on 26/4/22, it has been decided that OW
should be converted back to 1st class ward to cater the need, as COVID situation now is
better and under control.
Planned to start operating by 16/5/22- 2 wings (36 beds) as multidisciplinary 1st class.

With this, further SARI admissions to OW will stop today, it will undergo terminal cleaning
after existing cases get deisolated.

For SARI/ COVID related cases, admissions will go to:
Male- LND
Female- PP2
Both wards are able to provide HD support.

Gerakan meeting 17/5/22:
1) in view of manpower shortage (30 nurses leaving in June) & financial issue, target to
shrink Sari ward to one with LND 1st class being the choice (36beds, mixed gender). Aim
to shrink by 31/5/22.

17/5/2022 2) PP2 would be closed, and kept empty 1st. LND decanting plan may have some update
soon according to Dr Red, once greenlight is given, we have 1 month time to move out
from LND. Long term plan during decanting phase 1:
COVID- D1
SARI- PP2 + PP1 chronic
3) medical can keep W2 1st until we get news on decanting plan, as we might have no
space to go.
4) visiting policy: hours are 1-2pm and 5-6pm, 1 visitor per patient at a time. Need to show
saliva test at entry to the guard.
5) Permai is now officially being placed under HSA cluster. Dr Sharath will do a briefing to
Permai team end of this month. They are looking at the possibility of utilising it for decant-
ing later.

7/8/2022 Oncall roster revised to 2 active pakar weekends, 6 MO active call in wards weekends and
5 MO active call in wards weekdays
14/9/2022 2x Psy MO joined medical 7/8/2022 to 21/8/2022, Dr. Elson Lee Chze Fung, Dr. Moham-
mad Izzat Najmi
